I have always been devoted to the people. That is what being a Political Candidate is all about.
After years of experience working on the 4th Congregational Federation of Democratic Women and as a Pastor for Phyllis Hatcher Ministries, I will make a positive change in the lives of families, seniors, and young people. These experiences are now taking me into politics.

It is this intense dedication, passion, and devotion that fuels me to --fight for change.

MY MISSION FOR
Everyone deserves a fair chance to succeed. Our nation’s success is built on the founding principles of unlimited opportunities, affordable health care, quality education, commitment to hard work, and the freedom to pursue happiness. Phyllis will fight each and every day to ensure that the community is advancing towards meeting these founding principles.
WHY AM I RUNNING?
"I am running because I want to help make people’s lives better. My campaign slogan is…
Hatching Hope, Help, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
Healthcare is really personal to me… At 16 years of age, my daughter was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. I had no healthcare insurance. Her blood sugar was very high at 626, she was in the hospital for six weeks and required four shots of insulin every day!
I know what it’s like to cry at night worried about my child. I know what it's like to worry about paying bills. I understand how important affordable healthcare is to "everyday Americans".
I have had recent conversations with District 10 residents, and they are worried about the effects of COVID-19, access to excellent and affordable healthcare insurance, and the steep price of their prescription drugs.
I want to go to Washington, D.C. to fight for Medicare for All, and to expand access to healthcare to the rural parts of District 10.
I am a Pastor, and my ministry helps the community by giving out free food, free clothes, and making sure the kids have Christmas toys and book bags for school.
In Washington, D.C., I want to help the citizens of Georgia’s 10th Congressional District advocating for common-sense healthcare laws and increasing federal funding for Georgia."
